Fix & Flip Loan: Fix-and-Flip Loans are short-term loans used by real estate investors to purchase and improve a property to then sell for a profit or refinance. These improvements range from minor renovations to a complete reconstruction of an existing home. The initial draw will be calculated based on the As-is Value of the Property and the renovation budget will be advanced in construction draws.
Loan Criteria
Term: 6 to 12 month. Extensions Available
Payment: Interest Only. Deferred Payment Available
Loan Amount: $125k to $1.5M
Credit Score: 620+
Collateral: Property Being Financed. Cross Collateralization Available
Fees: From 2.97% Points + $997 Commitment Fee
Interest Rate: From 12.97%
Loan to Value: Up to 80% of Purchase + Up to 100% of Renovation. Not to Exceed 65% ARV
3rd Party Fees: Legal + Title + Insurance + Appraisal

Construction Loan: New Construction Loans are short-term loans used to finance the building or renovation of a home or real estate project. The initial draw will be calculated based on the As-is Value of the Property and the renovation budget will be advanced in construction draws.
